(HPP) is a run-of-river hydroelectric power plant established on the Yeşilırmak River in Taşova district of Amasya province. The power plant with an installed capacity of 23,4 MWm / 22,5 MWe, makes a significant contribution to the regional energy supply, producing an average of 36.589.000 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of electricity annually.

The facility, which was entered into service in July 2010, operates with a net head of 24.30 meters and a design flow rate of 106.7 m³/s. Energy is generated by three ZOEC-brand Kaplan-type turbines. The electricity produced at Midilli HEPP is utilized under free market conditions and transmitted to the national grid via the Yenidere Transformer Substation.

Yavuz HPP operates under the production license number EU/996-4/751, dated December 7, 2006.
