To ensure a livable world for future generations, we diversify our energy generation by using environmentally friendly and sustainable resources.


At our hydroelectric power plants, we generate energy using continuously renewable water resources, while also integrating solar power into our generation portfolio through our hybrid solar power plant (SPP) investments. At the same time, we are increasing supply security and providing system flexibility through energy storage projects.


According to this approach, we are not only implementing efficient energy generation, but also driving a green energy transformation that contributes to the reduction of carbon emissions.

2. Carbon Footprint and Certifications

A Carbon-Free Future with a Net-Zero Emissions Goal


We aim to minimize the environmental damage of our energy generation processes by achieving net-zero carbon emissions. To achieve this, we are accredited by internationally recognized sustainability platforms:


  • – I-REC (International Renewable Energy Certificate)
  • – VCS (Verified Carbon Standard)
  • – YEK-G (Renewable Energy Guarantee of Origin)
  • – Gold Standard

Thanks to these certifications, we are not only offsetting our own carbon emissions, but also moving closer to our net-zero goal and offering our customers transparent, traceable, and environmentally friendly energy solutions.


We are also fully compliant with global climate policies, such as the European Union’s Carbon Border Adjustment (CBAM).

3. Natural Farming and Local Production

Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond energy. By engaging in natural farming practices in rural communities, we continue to nurture both the environment and the well-being of our society.

 

With our Yerden brand, we produce these products using only traditional methods, without using any chemicals:

  • -Natural honey
  • -Apple cider vinegar and apple souring
  • -Local herbs and medicinal plants

With this approach, we protect biodiversity, support agricultural variety, and help sustainable development in rural areas.
