Cancellation & Return Terms

Our company is committed to protecting consumer rights and prioritizing post-sale customer satisfaction. Any dissatisfaction, production, or service-based issues you may experience with purchased products are carefully evaluated and resolved as soon as possible. Below you will find the conditions required for product returns; if any of these are missing, the return will not be accepted.

Requirements for Return

  • The product to be returned
  • Shipping waybill / dispatch note for the product to be returned (with all copies)

1. The Product to Be Returned

  • Used or damaged products will not be accepted for return. 
  • The product to be returned must be delivered within 1–3 days as received, complete with all standard accessories, intact and without damage.

2. Shipping Waybill / Dispatch Note

The waybill/dispatch note of the product must be sent for the return process.

Other Conditions and Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product(s) you wish to return is defective, shipping costs are covered by our company if sent via our contracted courier.

  • When the product received by our Quality Assurance department meets the return requirements, the refund will be processed on the same day it arrives. The time for refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank. Refunds to credit cards are reflected within 7 days.

  • You may send items you wish to return via Yurtiçi Kargo free of charge.

Shipping of the Product to Be Returned

The product to be returned can only be accepted if delivered by courier companies contracted with us.
Products arriving via other courier companies will not be accepted, and their transport cost will not be covered.

General Return Conditions

  • Returns must absolutely be made with the original box or packaging.

  • Products whose original packaging is damaged (for example: the original box has had a shipping label stuck on it or has been sealed with tape), hence losing their resalable feature, and which cannot be sold to another customer, will not be accepted.

  • You must send the product you wish to return together with the original dispatch note (all copies in your possession) and a written statement explaining the reason for return.
  • In defective product returns, shipping costs will be covered by our company if shipment is made via our contracted courier.

  • In other cases, the shipping cost is borne by you.

Order Cancellation

Dear customers, you may cancel orders you placed incorrectly or decided to abandon.

Sometimes emails are checked with delay due to high volume. It is possible the product has already been shipped.

If the order has not been shipped, the full amount is refunded via the method you used.

If the product has been shipped, shipping cost(s) will be deducted from the refund.
