Protection of Personal Data and Clarification Text

Rama Energy Investments Inc. (“Company”) attaches great importance to the security of your personal data within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”). This clarification text has been prepared in order to explain for what purposes your personal data is processed, with whom it is shared, and by which methods it is collected and the rights you have within the scope of KVKK.

Your personal data may be processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK for the following purposes:

• Evaluating job applications,

• Providing and improving customer services,

• Executing contractual processes,

• Fulfilling legal obligations, • Conducting communication activities,

• Managing financial and accounting transactions,

• Ensuring the effective operation of internal processes.

3- Transfer of Personal Data and Purposes of Transfer

Your personal data, collected for the purposes mentioned above, may be transferred to:

• Authorized public institutions and organizations,

• Business partners,

• Suppliers,

• Relevant authorities for the fulfillment of legal obligations,

in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

4- Collection Method and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected by Rama Energy through automatic or non-automatic means, using methods such as:

• Our website, e-mail, telephone, forms, or contracts,

• Physical applications or job interviews,

and within the data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

5- Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data has been processed,

• To request information regarding the processing of your personal data,

• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,

• To learn the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad,

• To request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurately processed,

• To request deletion or erasure within the scope of Article 7 of the KVKK,

• To request that the correction, deletion, or erasure processes be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,

• To object to decisions made about you solely through automated processing,

• To request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing.
