Clarification Text for Getting a Price Offer

As Rama Enerji Yatırımları A.Ş. (“Company”), when you request a price offer
from us, your personal data is processed within the framework described below, in accordance
with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

In accordance with the KVKK, your personal data is processed by Rama Enerji Yatırımları A.Ş. as the data controller.

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Company name
  • Subject of the request and any additional explanations you submit
3- Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes under Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:

  • Providing the requested price quotation,
  • Offering personalized solutions,
  • Carrying out communication activities,
  • Managing customer relations,
  • Following up on requests and complaints.

It is processed for purposes.

4- Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, only when necessary for the fulfillment of the above
purposes, to:

 

  • Our suppliers providing related services,
  • Authorized public institutions and organizations,

within the scope of Article 8 of the KVKK.

5- Method and Legal Basis for Collection
Your personal data is collected through price offer forms, contact forms, e-mail, phone, and other digital communication channels, based on the following legal grounds:  
  • Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
  • Legitimate interest,
  • Explicit consent (where required).
6- Your Rights Under the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

 

  • Learn whether your personal data has been processed,
  • Request information regarding such processing,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
  • Request correction if your data is incomplete or inaccurate,
  • Request deletion or destruction if processed unlawfully,
  • Request that such corrections, deletions, or destructions be notified to third parties,
  • Object to decisions resulting from automated data processing that may disadvantage you,
  • Request compensation if you suffer damages due to unlawful processing.
