Within the framework of Rama Energy Group’s vision for sustainable energy generation, Rama Energy Group will operate the Midilli HEPP Hybrid Solar Power Plant Project-1, which will be established in the central district of Amasya. This solar power plant, with a capacity of 1.1210 MWe, will be integrated into the existing hydroelectric facility and designed as a high-efficiency hybrid system that combines environmental responsibility with resource diversification.

🔧 Approximate Investment Budget

According to current market data, the total projected investment cost for the construction of the plant is approximately 20 to 25 million Turkish Lira. This cost includes solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, connection infrastructure, and electrical equipment.

⚡ Annual Generation Capacity

Considering the average annual sunshine hours in the Amasya region, the annual energy generation of this hybrid solar power plant is estimated to be approximately 1,750,000 to 1,900,000 kWh. This generation capacity is sufficient to meet the annual electricity consumption of around 600 households.

🌱 Carbon Emission Reduction
Midilli Hybrid Solar Power Plant-1 will prevent approximately 900 tons of CO₂ emissions from being released into the atmosphere each year. This amount represents the carbon-neutral contribution achieved by using solar energy instead of fossil fuel-based power generation.
🌳 A Nature-Respecting Approach
There will be no need additional land clearing, tree felling, or environmental destruction because the project will be integrated with the existing hydroelectric power plant site. Prioritizing the protection of natural areas, the project site was planned to be compatible with existing infrastructure. This reduces the environmental footprint and protects the sustainable investment principles.
